This spacious 1000 sq. ft. 2 BR, 2 BA vacation home is located at the brand new Villas Talia complex in Puerto Aventuras, a gated community with the only inland marina between Cancun and Belize City located right in the heart of the fishing zone. This top floor, end unit, has access to the roof top deck, insuring privacy, views, and relaxation.

Villas Talia only has 16 units in the complex and is located on the end of the road. You are in a tranquil area and you won’t have to worry about dealing with the crowds or getting a chair by the pool.

'My Casa by the Beach' it is. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and Puerto Aventuras restaurants, shops, and activities. There are many Rivera Maya attractions to enjoy close by.

Spend your days, enjoying some of the local activities like swimming with the dolphins, golfing, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, shopping, or just relaxing at the beach or pool. You will enjoy this unique community by the marina.

A ten minute walk through the tropical landscaped walkway will put you on the gorgeous beach that has a coral reef abundant with marine life including sea turtles.

The quaint village is adjacent to the beach and hosts a dozen restaurants, 2 small grocery stores, boutique shopping, and Dolphin discovery. Diving, boating and fishing excursions available.

The street the condo is on, is a short walk that leads to the gate where you can catch a cab to any of the many other beaches, Mayan Ruins or eco parks. Playa del Carmen is 15 mins and Paamul is a fun off the road beach with the best shrimp.

The condo grounds are beautiful too. There are only 16 units, so it is quiet and you have a beautiful tropical pool area. It has the best of both worlds.

Wake up to the sounds of the jungle birds and watch the Coati Mundi play...simply magical!!!

The condo is 45 minutes away from the Cancun airport.

From start to finish, this was THE most trouble-free vacation I've had! From the moment I picked up the phone to inquire about the property I was greeted by a friendly owner who gave me every minute detail about this little hidden sea-side gem! Of course the area is already a tropical paradise but having clean, convenient and quiet accommodations for less than what I've paid on a state-side hotel just made the stay that much more enjoyable! I will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
