Accommodations: 1750 Sq Ft. Home, 2 Bedrooms + 2 Baths (Sleeps 4)

Home with unrestricted front and rear lake and airport views.

Absolutely wonderful smoke-free home....built high on a hillside in 1978...two bedrooms, two bath home....all amenities....street level two car garage with 30 foot front yard boat parking (uncovered) then 17 steps up to the house... Cable TVs/DVD & WiFi. Modestly decorated with newly remodeled fireplace, new carpet and new tile throughout. King size bed in master with double size bed in guest bedroom. Large walk-in shower in Master (all tile).

Beautiful tile flooring, Indoor laundry.. Relax in a very private back patio area overlooking the Lake Havasu airport , w/new five burner propane barbeque and a separate charcoal barbeque or have cocktails on the front deck overlooking the entire lake.Very quiet neighborhood in foothills. Four and-a-half miles up the hill from London Bridge. Seven minutes to the Lake to enjoy, boating, swimming, rafting, jet-skiing, fishing, etc. Visit the historical London Bridge (4.5 miles)...fine dining and shopping.

Take a boat trip across the lake to Indian casino for gambling/dancing, etc. (leaves every hour from London Bridge). More adventure up River to Laughlin, Nevada for live shows and gambling!!! or visit the former mining town of Oatman where wild but friendly burros roam the streets and eat carrots from your hand.
