My wife and I have been living in this lovely city, surrounded by mountains and ocean, for over 30 years. We and our two children enjoy the Vancouver life style from golfing, skiing, meeting people of different cultures to enjoying a dazzling array of cuisines from around the world. We both graduated from UBC and love the surroundings. Our property is nestled in the vibrant Kitsilano close to beaches, specialty shops and downtown Vancouver. It offers easy access to all amenities. Popular tourist attractions - Granville Island, Stanley Park, Vancouver Aquarium, Science World, Chinatown - just to name a few, are all within 15 minute driving distance.

The location has a 92 walk score-Walker Paradise-daily errands can be done on foot, a 73 transit score-excellent transit-transit is convenient for most trips and a 82 bike score-very bikeable-biking is convenient for most trips.
The Vancouver City Council has approved the Seaside Greenway and Bikeway Project along the Point Grey Road, a few blocks north of 4th Avenue. It will provide a safe, convenient and comfortable walking and cycling connection between Burrard Bridge and Jericho beach. Jericho Beach and Spanish Banks Beach are breathtaking and very popular for outdoor activities all year round.
The owner was quick to respond our inquiry. The flat was beautiful. It was clean and tidy and furnished with new appliances, modern art pieces, and all the kitchen accessories we needed. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, stores right near by. We're pleased to find that this was a mere minutes bus ride to downtown and there are ample bus routes in short walking distance. After we left, they are quick to confirm they got the keys, and promptly returned our deposit without any questions. We would recommend this condo and would rent this condo again should we ever return to Vancouver. We could not speak highly enough of the owner.

One of the major advantages to renting an apartment in Vancouver is that it allows you to escape the "downtown hotel" default experience and allows you to have a true Vancouverite experience. The location of this apartment is awesome - located right in Kistlano it allows easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment does not face the busy street and the building was very quiet and secure. There was plenty of space for my husband and I. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for the nights we decided to stay in and cook. It was unseasonably hot during our stay in July, reaching +32 degrees celcius and there is no air conditioning in the suite. However, air conditioning is quite rare in Vancouver because so is hot hot hot weather! We were very happy there were 2 fans in the suite. The owners were very nice, accommodating and professional. I would definitely stay at this apartment again!
We enjoyed our stay at this "condo" very much. Our only worry when booking this VR was that the address is on 4th and its a very busy street. But the unit is located at the back and its unbelievably quiet! No noise coming from any neighbors at all either! + the convenience of being able to walk to so many great restaurants on 4th, and Whole foods being few blocks away made our stay very enjoyable. Beaches are close by as well, overall an amazing location and experience thank you David. Oh and there's underground parking which is a must in Kits.

We stayed at this property for three nights, and it was perfect place to retreat and re-charge after a day out in Vancouver. The condo is modern and comfortable, with high quality fixtures and furnishings, and everything you may need. All was very clean and tidy. There was also lots of room to unpack our things ( a huge bonus as we were traveling with a child). The condo is in a very secure, quiet, and clean building, and also close to interesting shops, grocers, restaurants, and parks. The owners were very responsive to all questions, and warmly greeted us when we arrived. I would highly recommend the property to friends and relatives.
We had a fantastic time staying at this vacation rental. David, the owner, was extremely good to deal with, the location was excellent, and the property was immaculately clean. The only downside was that with the hot weather Vancouver has been experiencing, the apartment was very very hot and airless as it didn't have proper air conditioning. We did appreciate that David had provided some fans to try and help with the heat though. All in all, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this property to others. An excellent place to stay.
I have enjoyed staying in this suite for 4 months with unbelievably nice owners, great neighbours, and the clean condition of the suite; it is located at a place where restaurants, supermarkets, banks, busstops, gas station, etc. are approachable just by walking. Although I have dealt with 4 owners in Vancouver, I have never met one like this before...quick response to my requests was the most remarkable. If I have any chance to come back to Vancouver in the future, I definitely would stay in this suite!

The 50% deposit automatically converts to a security deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied towards rent; instead, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure. The full rent payment is required 60 days prior to check-in.
