We are an active family that enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, skiing, and golfing together. We have always been interested in owning property in the desert on a golf course. We love sitting on our patio each morning with a cup of coffee watching the grounds keepers change the pin on the sixth hole and readying the course for the day. In the evening we are often on the patio enjoying the gorgeous desert sunsets.
We both grew up in Orange County, but moved to Riverside County over 20 years ago.
We had stayed at the resort previously when it was a Marriott property and hoped someday we could own a condo within the complex.
The expansive views from the patio of the San Jacinto Mountains and the entire span of the sixth hole make this a favorite place to sit, read, and enjoy the view. Within easy walking distance to The River for dinner or College of the Desert for the Saturday morning flea market.
