In a beautiful secluded location with breathtaking views of the nearby islands of Kefalonia and Ithaca, the villa offers an idyllic setting for a perfect holiday, surrounded by olive groves, swaying palms and gentle warm breezes. The secluded south facing villa has been designed and furnished to a high standard and affords 3 bedrooms with modern luxury ensuite bathrooms. A luxury fully equipped kitchen provides every convenience and Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area. A large open plan lounge with sun reflective windows with magnificent views overlooking the surrounding islands. All villas have full air conditioning. Outside, the villa has its own terrace, private pool, outside shower and BBQ.

The sheltered bay and pretty harbour of Sivota lies near the tip of Lefkas on the south east coast. A two kilometre track leads from the access road to Sivota harbour through the coastal olive groves to the Palm Villas, which are set on three hillside terraces with stunning sea views.

From Thessalonica, bus service is 2 times the week and travel time is 7 hours.
