Okanagan Centre House Rental Photos and Description
A wonderful setting in the heart of Naramata and the beautiful wine country.
This home has a very inviting and relaxing feeling to it. The bright kitchen and living room area are open with a vaulted ceiling with skylight. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - the master and second bedroom are both queens. Downstairs bedrooms are a double and another queen. There is a hideabed couch on the lower deck outside for those who want to fully enjoy nature and the lovely creek sounds. Of course, sheets, towels and all of the amenities are provided.
The kitchen has all of the basic amenities and feel free to use spices and the basics of the home. Internet connection and ipod dock is available. There is a 32inch flat screen TV upstairs with cable and Movie Central package and a second TV in the downstairs rec room. Washer and dryer are in the upstairs bathroom which has basic tub and shower. Another bathroom downstairs has toilet, shower and sink.
There is a great outdoor yard and a deck just about the creek. Stairs lead down to a small playhouse and then there is a path to the creek.
Peaceful, quiet and a great spot to relax. The home has underground sprinkling, is easy maintenance, and I am an easy going person to deal with! All you need to do is enjoy!

About Deb Berry
My name is Deb Berry and I purchased this home in Naramata 2 years ago. I grew up in this community and am returning after 30 years of being away teaching in the Kettle Valley, Vernon and most recently 2 years in Bali at an international school. My grandparents were early settlers in this community. My grandfather wrote a book about the history of Naramata which is at the local museum across from the store - where my mom and dad volunteer. My parents, siblings and most of my cousins all still live here and it is great to be back.
Deb Berry purchased this house in 2012
Why Deb Berry chose Okanagan Centre
I put my total trust in my dad Stu Berry to find me a house while I was still teaching in Bali. I had decided it was time to come home to where I spent the first 26 years of my life. I am so thrilled with the house he picked for me! I just love it! Peaceful, private, relaxing with a great 'feel'.
What makes this house unique
I love the open space of the home. The pine trees and creek below just create a very peaceful and idyllic feeling from so many of the great locations to sit. It is very bright inside with a big kitchen and large windows. There is a lake view from the front of the property, fabulous hiking trails right out the back door and several wineries just down the road!
