This two-suite home sleeps four. Guests will enjoy the privacy created by a breezeway between the two. The house's unique design offers an open floor plan kitchen/living room decorated with mid-century modern influences. There are vaulted beamed ceilings and maple hardwood floors throughout the house.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds, flat screen HD televisions, ceiling fans, air conditioning, writing desks, sliding glass doors, and ample dresser and closet space. The large master bedroom has a impressive bathroom walk-in shower/steambath with a bench. The second suite's private bathroom has a shower with Vermont Verde marble, a separate private bluestone patio which is perfect for sunbathing, and a separate entrance from the breezeway.

We are a married couple living on the same eight acre property as the new guest house rental, but well out of sight. We live and work on the Island year round. I am originally from Western Pennsylvania, and my wife was born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island.
