Photos and Description of the Calahonda vacation rental 3 bed 3 bathroom villa near the beach and golf courses.

This villa is situated in a quiet residential area in a elevated position, with uninterrupted views to the sea. It is an old style villa with marble flooring throughout, very clean, bright and spacious. It consists of 3 double bedrooms (one of which can be made up as 2 singles) all with ensuite bathrooms. 2 of which have just been refurbished There is also a large private garden with glass table and chairs for dinning and a BBQ area, also in the garden is your own private swimming pool with brand new sun loungers and chairs to use by the pool. It has 3 terraces one of which is a roof top sun terrace for private sunbathing. The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven with grill and hob. There is also a new 32 inch LCD TV with the basic sky channels and if you take your own sky card then you can put it into the sky box and get the extra channels. Also in the lounge is a DVD player and CD/radio player.

Calahonda is approx 35 Kilometres and 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport which has many flights to and from the UK and Euorope on a daily basis. There are many local and international car-hire companies based at the airport, details of which can be supplied if required. Calahonda is 15 mins drive from both Marbella & Fuengoirola and has fine, safe, sandy beaches of its own with many other local beaches a very short drive away along the coast. The beaches, restaurants and shops of La Cala De MijasVillage and Cabo Pina Port are both 5 minutes drive along the coast. Inland are the beautiful white Andalucian villages and towns of Mijas Pueblo, Ojen, Istan, Benhavis, Alhaurin, Coin and Monda amongst others. Gibraltar and the old Moorish cites of Ronda, Seville, Granada and Cadiz are further away but can be reached by car on the fast, new motorways. Malaga has the Picasso Museum, great shopping and many international restaurants

  • To Book we simply require a 25% deposit with full balance paid 12 weeks before departure. All prices are for the entire rental of the Villa per week (There are no hidden charges). We require a fully refundable security deposit of £250 to cover any incidental damage, loss of keys etc. Deposits will be returned immediately after your holiday.
