From the initial friendly contact to the quick deposit refund the owner was easy and welcoming. The location is unparalleled; 1.5 block to the beach, then the harbor, Sterns Wharf, State Street and the Trolley to anywhere. It is a clean, warm unit with the best book selection and a lovely garden to escape any weariness. We live in the country hence quiet is important and the unit is quiet and peaceful and the street has little traffic and yet so close to everything! I loved the thoughtful touches: A relative upstairs saying hello, stocking cream and fruit and the willingness to share spices and the fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back; and we had a 2.5 year old who was welcomed and it was perfect for her! It is a home away from home.
