3A Redcliffe is very comfortable, relaxing and welcoming.The most spacious of all the apartments in the complex. Situated so, so close to the sea. Listen to the waves and smell that fresh sea air! A good size lounge, a modern well equipped kitchen with a separate dining area. A large bathroom and lots of storage space, including a useful walk in cupboard. (3rd child? please contact). There is secure parking and the property has its own private back entrance with an attractive outside area of colourful flowers and shrubs. All electricity is included in the price with ample heating for the cooler periods of the year. A payphone is located at the entrance of the building. Perfectly situated for family holidays and walkers alike with the coastal paths easily accessed from the beach. Caswell Bay has a lifeguard patrol during the peak season. At one end of the bay is a friendly café offering tasty home made snacks and delicious Italian coffee! We love staying here, we hope you do too!

Swansea is a lively city with cinemas, theatres, good shops and many restaurants. Close to the marina is a super new leisure centre, the LC2, with fun water activities for both children and adults. The National Waterfront Museum tells much about the local history using modern technology. The Vale of Neath is home to Wales' most spectacular waterfalls. The National Show Caves of Wales which are situated in the Swansea Valley have been voted Britain's Finest Natural Wonder. Afon Argoed's Forest Park has lovely woodland walks in its beautiful countryside. Pembrey Country Park is just the most perfect place to barbecue or picnic with its vast open fields, huge expanse of beach, sand dunes and an amazing adventure playground. The Gower Peninsula was Britain's first National Park to be designated for its outstanding natural beauty offering so many beautiful beaches and miles of coastal walks to enjoy. So much to do, so much to see, a truly magical place.

Notes: *** Please note, although the accommodation is on one level there are 7 steps (with a hand rail aid) leading down to the entrance which may proof difficult for those less able. However, the flat once in, is a perfect situation for those less mobile as the changing view from the lounge window is just wonderful place to be. If unsure, please contact the owner for further information. Each room has a storage heater making the apartment warm and cosy during the cooler months. Heating is included in the cost. Although the apartment does not have its own private garden, holiday makers are free to use the communal lawns. Over two thirds of our holiday bookings this year are from repeat bookings. The Wales Tourist board has awarded this property with a three star rating.
