Our 3 bed apartment is situated in an lovely peaceful location overlooking Santa Maria Golf and yet the shops, restaurants, banks, bus stops, a taxi rank and the best beach on the Costa Del Sol is only a 5 minute drive away or for the more energetic a 20 - 30 minute walk away. Our Apartment is perfect for Golfers, Sun Lovers or those in need of fun & relaxation in the coastal part of the Costa Del Sol. On the fantastic outside terrace you can enjoy al fresco dining, sun bathing or just sit & relax watching the sun go down.

It is close to both the centre of Marbella (10 minutes drive away) & Puerto Banus (15 minutes drive away). Marbella is right in the heart of the Costa Del Sol, one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world, with miles of sandy beaches & a near constant sunny climate, the Costa Del Sol is the perfect destination for a fantastic holiday at any time of year.

Outside Terrace: The Lounge leads onto the lovely, very spacious 70 sq metre outside terrace where there is a dining table with six chairs, a BBQ for use during your stay, two sun loungers and a seating area with two 3 seater settees & a coffee table. Perfect for drinks, al fresco dining, sunbathing, relaxing or just watching the sun go down!!

The spacious terrace has a sun blind over the dining area, so you can decide if you prefer to dine in the sun or shade.

There are two sun loungers so you can relax and catch the sun.

The covered sitting area on the terrace is lovely and ideal for enjoying a drink, relaxing, reading or watching the sun do down. The views from the terrace are wonderful - you can look over the main swimming pool and enjoy wonderful views of the mountains too.

The Apartment is close to both the centre of Marbella and the world famous Puerto Banus and also about a two hour drive away from Seville and a one hour drive from the romantic village of Ronda. The historical City of Granada (Alambra) is also a couple of hours away. Sierra Navada ski resort is also 2-3 hours drive away.

There are many Golf Courses within easy reach, including Santa Maria Golf within walking distance, Rio Real Golf, Marbella Golf, Santa Clara Golf & Capopino Golf, to name but a few, so the apartment is ideal for Golfers too!!

The apartment is normally available from 16.00 hours on the day of your arrival. Guests must check out of the apartment by 10.30 am on the day of departure, but if we have no one leaving or arriving on the same day then we can accommodate earlier arrival times & later check out times.
A 25% none refundable deposit is payable within 7 days of receiving our Confirmation of Booking email, this is to secure the booking and the dates are marked off the calendar so nobody else can book the same dates, then the balance payment is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Notes:
The lovely lounge area is decorated to a very high standard and boasts beautiful & comfortable 3 seater & 2 seater cream leather settees, two contrasting upholstered armchairs, matching wooden coffee table and sideboard and a yew wood Dining Table with 6 chairs. There is a yew wood TV cabinet housing the TV and a DVD player. We have the Full SKY package (except for pay per view channels) so you can enjoy all the Sky channels including Sports, Children's TV etc. There are also music CDs so you can listen to different types of music through the DVD or portable CD player during your stay. The fully fitted kitchen with polished granite worktops is extremely well equipped & provides everything you need to rustle up anything from a simple snack to a gourmet dinner!! To make life easier there is a dishwasher in the kitchen and leading just off the kitchen there is a washing machine & tumble dryer too. In consideration to all guests we request that you smoke outside.
