Nice bike ride to Zilker on trails without traffic.

You are smack dab in the city but feel like you are in a park. BRAND NEW TEMPURPEDIC BED!!

This apartment is just down the street from Barton Creek. The balcony overlooks a small greenbelt- so peaceful. Close to public transportation and highways. It is very clean and provides comforts such as complete kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker...), laundry facilities in unit (washer/dryer, iron, board, plenty of hangers and drawers). There is no TV here but there is WIFI. Is your comfort important to me? Hmmm, did I mention the tempurpedic bed?

I love to travel! In my 55 years I have had a full range of experiences. I've been spoiled by pristine Austrian chalets with mountain breezes, Greek resorts with apricots falling into my lap, and Iowa farm houses with layers of pressed bedding. I've also had the disappointment of rooms that reek of urine, have one flimsy towel or have hosts who cancel me at the last minute. I have two rental proprieties in Austin. My units offer what I look for. Also, I'm also a dentist and I have high standards for cleanliness- You will appreciate that.

Why Terri Ashby chose Austin

Barton Creek is among my favorite places in Austin. The entry point to the creek and trails is down the street from this apartment. The location has great access to public transportation and highways. The unit overlooks a small greenbelt and is very peaceful. There is a sparkling pool if you want a full swim after wading in the creek. There is no TV but there is WIFI. Also, a new tempurpedic bed.
