Perched perfectly above Main Street, and just steps away from the stairs that take you to the heart of Park City, this beautiful house offered everything we expected and much, much more during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival! The house itself was amazing and the outdoor hot tub, a sauna in the main level Queen bedroom and a steam shower in the upstairs Master King really added a luxurious touch to our stay. Also, being able to fire up a dozen rib eyes on the BBQ just off the kitchen was a major plus!!! The layout of the house is phenomenal with a see-through fireplace that splits 2 living areas that are adjacent to the television viewing area and dining area. Kitchen is just off dining area and offers additional bar stool seating at the island counter top. All-in-all, there was so much room making it perfect for our large group to gather without ever feeling cramped. The front deck above the garage was awesome too and the perfect place to congregate to view the amazing night sky and surrounding mountains during the day. Pure heaven for those of us that live in the concrete jungles. While the property does have a 2-car garage, you really don't need a car as all the attractions are accessible by foot or public transit system. We have already decided to return for the summer to see all that Park City has to offer in the warmer months. So I'm sure we will make good use of the backyard and outdoor patio furniture as BBQ'ing will be the order of the day. Finally, the owner was extremely gracious and attentive to our needs. That is probably the most important item on the check list when renting a home. Rest assured, you can check that off on your list with this property.
