A CLASS act,Chalet Lake home, best location in Brier Crest woods! A 'WOW' house!

This is the Sharpest home and location ( 8 minutes to Split Rock complex) in Brier Crest Woods. A 'WOW' house, with tons of accolades. 'Awesome, beautiful, stunning, peaceful,incredible,beyond our expecations, clean and classy, we didnt want to leave, 'etc. Three levels of glass, custom built chalet,( 2 ft shy of maximum code height), peeks thru light woods to private 46 acre mountain lake, very serene and tranquil. One of only 3 homes this side of lake.( A non gas motor boat lake, pristine waters). Raised oversized wrap deck( over 700 sq ft) faces lake and wrapped in nature. Have coffee/wine on the deck and enjoy the nature sounds, and east facing lake views. perfection! Read a book in the 3rd floor loft overlooking the lake.(with sliders to a balcony overlooking lake). A true escape, yet minutes to everything, pizza, bars,dunkin,Jack frost,split rock, B.B., Nascar, golf, tennis,dining,etc. You will not want to leave! Under 1/2 hr to gap,under 1.5 hrs, to NYC, Phili., 20 mins to Jim Thorpe.

Completely redone, floors,carpets, designer paints,(old 90's brn trim changed to cloud white), kitchen, SS appliances,brushed nickel fixtures,150 chnl dish TV, new furniture, beds, ping pong, 4 skylites, ( one over 2 person Jacuzzi in master bdrm- romantic!)), paddle fans, tons of glass fill the home with natural light,fieldstone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, Art work on all walls,etc, you will want to try it in all the seasons, Near everything, skiing ,ice skate, ice fish,casinos,fine lakeside dining,swim, fish,waterpark,golf, tennis,paintball, hike, parks, snowboard,horseback,nascar,festivals,train rides, outlets,etc.- I don't rent to large groups or otherwise abuse this beautiful home. (This is a motorboat free lake!)

Notes: Swim, fish, golf, tennis, basketball, playground,casinos,nascar, horseback, paintball, town of jim thorpe about 15 minutes, ski,(Big Boul Jack frost- 7 minutes!) waterpark, larger lake nearby. (will have canoe for this lake, no gas boats),lakeside dining, Blakeslee about 7 minutes, outlets under 20 mins, gap is 30 minutes, under 2hrs to nyc, and phili, home is near everything you can need, yet at night all you hear is nature. ( and most of the day) As one tenant put it 'it was like living in a postcard' Having coffee on the deck in the am, looking out at the serenity, you will never want to leave. And if you take care of the home, you will be welcome to come back all year.( No large noisy groups please- the security will stop by and tickets are given). A very sharp home and serene calming location. a true 'Escape' designer paints, new floors,carpets, new kitchen, brushed nickel fixtures,etc. Rates are quoted by number in party, and hi/low season.pls contact for quote, with this info

BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN HOME RIGHT ON THE LAKE

THIS PROPERTY IS BEAUTIFULLY KEPT AND VERY CLEAN AND NEW!! WE RENTED THIS HOME FOR MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER. THE HOME WAS VERY NICE AND EVERYTHING WAS NEW AND IN GREAT CONDITION. WE ENJOYED THE LAKE WHICH WAS RIGHT OUT THE BACK DOOR AND MY HUSBAND HAD A GREAT TIME FISHING WITH MY 5 YEAR OLD SON. WE ALSO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE BBQ GRILL AT THE HOME FOR DINNER ONE NIGHT!

THE SUPERMARKET & WALMART WERE CLOSE BY FOR ALL SHOPPING NEEDS FOR OUR STAY. OWNER LET US KNOW THAT SPLIT ROCK INDOOR WATER PARK WAS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE HOME. WE DID NOT GO THIS TRIP BUT WOULD DEFINITELY GO THERE IF WE STAYED IN THE HOME DURING THE COLDER MONTHS. THE HOME WAS ACTUALLY NICER IN PERSON THAN SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS. OWNER WAS GREAT AND THE LEASE SIGNING WAS SMOOTH.

WE WOULD DEFINITELY VACATION IN THIS HOME AGAIN! IT WAS ACTUALLY ONE OF THE BEST POCONOS TRIPS & HOME RENTALS FOR OUR FAMILY YET!! WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR SURE.

THE HOME DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING WHICH IS SOMETHING THAT FOR OUR FAMILY WE WOULD LIKE IN THE SUMMER MONTHS (BUT THAT IS JUST US!!) THE CEILING FANS WERE MORE THAN SUFFICIENT FOR MAY WHEN WE STAYED & THERE IS A GREAT BREEZE OFF THE LAKE AND MANY MANY WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOORS THAT CAN BE OPENED.

THIS WAS A FANTASTIC AND RELAXING WEEKEND FOR MY HUSBAND, MYSELF, AND MY 5 YEAR OLD SON!! WE HOPE TO STAY AGAIN IN THE COMING FUTURE!

the home was beautiful and very clean. The location was great! the lake was directly behind the house and the kids loved fishing. The house was much more beautiful than the pictures show. the rental process was very easy. would definately recommend this property. perfect for a family get away.
