Beautiful 1.6 acre oceanfront estate in the best part of vancouver Island (North Nanaimo). Very private location, but close to all amenities. Stay in nature paradise with trees, blooming bushes & flowers, can see deer, sea lions, seals, eagles, heron, humming birds, owls, rabbits, squarrels, turtles, racoons, sometimes even whales without leaving backyard and still enjoy all modern facilitis. Add to the picture wide ocean view, cruise ships, yachts, boats passing by, mountains with snow on their picks...
You will stay in one of completely renovated, very clean self-contained suites.Our premises have following layout:
Unit A has a full kitchen, dining/living room, TV set, bathroom (bathtub with shower, toilet, sink), small office, bedroom (queen size bed).
Unit B has: a kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker), queen size bed, (twin bed can be added, if needed), bathroom (sink, toilet, shower stall , no bathtub), dining/living room, TV set, pool table, walk-in closet.
Each unit has a separate entrance from outside, but they can be joined together (by unlocking an interior door).
Two guests stay in either unit A or B, three – in unit B, four or five occupy both units.
You are welcome to use outdoor BBQ, play ping pong, pool and bocci ball, use many outdoor (all with the wide ocean view!) chairs, swings, hamacks.
Everything you want to see in our beautiful city and famous Island is either walk or short drive away: waterfront parks, beaches, sport fields, biggest shopping center on Vancouver Island. In just a 10-20-30 minutes you can get to our famous Seawalk in downtown, waterfalls on rivers, countless lakes, fishing spots, mountains, rivers, creeks.
Mount Washington Ski Resort and Stratchona National Mountain Park are 1 hour away. Beautiful Victoria City with the world famous Butchard Garden is 70 miles away, Vancouver City can be reached by ferry in 1,5 hour.
