This 3 bedroom, large family room, 2 bath, beautifully renovated and redecorated home has everything you need for a wonderful family retreat, a romantic getaway or stimulating business conference. Even on the busiest of beach weekends, drive into the Seadrift gated community and instantly you are deeply touched by nature, truly free in spirit and on vacation.

Walk into this peaceful home with 18 foot tall ceilings and a full “cook’s” kitchen and pantry, bunk beds for kids, BBQ, large HD TV, with blue ray DVD player with wireless computer interface, a large private deck with a hot tub, dock, outdoor shower, kayaks & water toys. Wake up & drink your coffee while viewing magnificent Mt. Tam, eat breakfast outside on your choice of two lagoon decks while pelicans dive in the lagoon. You also have the option of the garden deck surrounded by bamboo and jasmine or chose the fully glass enclosed sunroom/ atrium. If you prefer, take a walk on the beach to the town’s restaurants (watch the seals swim in the surf) and explore the charming boutiques.

If you are feeling energetic, take a run/walk on the beach or around the lagoon, go biking or hiking the hundreds of miles of Mt. Tam trails with the trail heads just minutes away. Running on the beach is a 6.5 mile round trip run. Many runners exclaim that this beach, running by the waves in the high negative ion content, pollution free beach, is the best run of their lives! You can also play tennis at the Seadrift tennis courts fronted on one side by the Bolinas lagoon and the other side by the ocean. Swim, surf, paddle board, windsurf or go boating (Seadrift has a boat launch ramp with ocean access) all within the private and secure Seadrift compound. Discover the tide pools, hunt for seashells or visit the quaint town of Bolinas just a few minutes up the coast.

A Four Star rating beach home!

This is a lovely spacious retreat beach home with extremely high ceilings and sliding glass doors on to the lagoon which you can overlook as well from a well equipped deck. Kayaks included. For a change of scenery there is a lovely front garden with abundant assorted foliage and a sun room which overlooks it so you can sit in or outside according to your whim and enjoy the colorful natural setting. Recently refurbished interior with a large, well-equiped kitchen and a family room for children separate from the the adult bedrooms. I really enjoyed my stay, especially being so close to walking on the beach and watching the very large screen TV with great movies at night. I will definitely stay here again. A four star home!

This is a really beautiful house and location

The house has great spaciousness, serenity, and cleanliness,with a very large newly furnished living room, kitchen and family room. The kitchen is well-equipped, the family room for children is in a separate area from the adult bedrooms. There is a lovely front English garden as well as 3 decks to choose for sunbathing, and one deck directly on the lagoon, with kayaks for fun. I really enjoyed my stay here, since I was seeking a quiet and peaceful
environment. I plan to return next summer!
