Newly constructed in 2005, the villa has 2 king size double bedrooms and 2 twin -bed rooms. The master bedroom has en suite shower facilities, with patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. The master bathroom is 5 piece with a further 3rd bathroom being accessed from the the pool terrace, ideal for pool / outdoor living use. The kitchen is well found with washing machine. tumble drier, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine etc. The lounge / diner is furnished with a leather suite comprising of 2x2 seater sofa's + electric heated reclining chair & footstool. The glass topped dining suite seats 6. The covered porch entrance way offers the focus for outdoor living, offering spectacular mountain views and is furnished with a patio table and 8 chairs + gas BBQ. It is only 1 step up from the pool terrace making pool access for the infirm very easy. This 1 step is the only step once access to the villa is achieved from the the sloping drive. All habitable rooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The villa El Faro, is situated at the entrance to the beautiful Jalon valley, just 1.6km from the Spanish town of Pedregeur and 10km from the coastal resorts of Javea and Denia. Numerous coastal resorts are within a short drive. The villa is 1 hours drive from Valencia or Alicante airports/cities. Both cities offer many tourist attractions and are well worth a visit. Benidorm is only 40 mins drive away, and offers a variety of holiday entertainments for all ages. Of equal interest is the mountainous interior with its picturesque drives/ walks and unspoiled Spanish villages. Orange and olive groves provide the spectacular mountain scenery. Every day, one or more of the local villages have street markets to satisfy everybody's personal tastes. Restaurants are found in abundance serving local traditional fare, tapas, menu del dia, sea food at very reasonable prices. There are also English restaurants if preferred. Golfing facilities are within 5 mins drive, La Sella being the closest

Notes: This is a mountainside property with a sloping drive way requiring a few steps to the level terrace and the interior of the property which has been designed to accommodate the owner's disabled teenage child. There is one step from the terrace to the interior of the property. It features non-slip, heat resistant terrace tiles and non glazed slip resistant internal floor tiles. The pool is kidney shaped, 8 x 4.5m and has Roman steps to the shallow end with the deep end reaching 2m depth. Not heated. The villa is finished and totally furnished. However the landscaping of the garden area and driveway has not yet been completed. This is reflected in the reduced current rental prices. The garden is not visible from the terrace and will not detract from your enjoyment of the villa. If you happen to go when the air is cooler, a patio heater is provided. For cooler months the property has a very warming fan assisted log burning stove, with portable oil filled radiators and a gas heater.

Additional information: A welcome pack can be provided to your requirements for a nominal cost, by request. Baby equipment can be provided on request. Whilst the weekly charges are stated Saturday to Saturday, we recognise that more favourable airfares may be available on weekdays and arrival/departure dates can be negotiable. We would appreciate arrivals after 2.00 pm and departures by 10.00 am please, to allow for cleaning of the villa between rentals. The Villa has lien and towels provided which are changed weekly. A changeover clean is included in the cost of your stay. Beach and pool towels are not provided. The Villa is fitted with a security alarm system connected to Securitas Direct. Instructions on arming and disarming the alarm system will be provided in advance.
