3 bedroom villa with pool sleeping 7; 5 minutes walk to Seillans village

The Villa des Rêves is a modern, clean, sunny villa situated in the charming village of Seillans (voted one of the prettiest villages in France). The villa sits on the south facing slope of the village allowing a panoramic view of the valley, the neighbouring village of Fayence and the Esterel mountains in the distance. You can while away your time swimming in the infinity pool (10 x 5m), playing a game of boules on our court, cooking an evening BBQ in the covered BBQ area or just sitting on the terrace and watching the sun set. The villa is very well stocked with a real home from home feel. The large master bedroom has an en-suite with toilet, double sinks and a shower. The family bathroom has double sinks, shower and bath. There is a separate toilet both upstairs and down. Downstairs is open plan and sun filled. There is satellite TV, an extensive collection of DVDs and an open fire for more chilly nights spent inside.

The villa is situated in the picturesque village of Seillans, only 35 km from Cannes and 75 km from Nice International Airport. There are many villages perchés (perched villages) to explore In the region, each with their own charm. The villa benefits from being ideally situated to explore Provence, including the stunning Gorge du Verdon & the Cote d'Azur. The Lac de Cassien with beaches, fishing, pedaloes and extensive walks is only a 15 minute drive away. Seillans has a small supermarket, boulangerie, butchers, newsagent, pharmacy, post office and café for your daily needs as well as several excellent restaurants (at walking distance!)
