This extraordinary villa in sophisticated Provencal style is situated in the hillside of Vence. The property consists of the main house and a atelier and a guest house with separate entrances. The main house; 1. floor: hall, spacious lounge with fireplace; fully equipped kitchen with 18m of granite put down, large utility room, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 2. floor: open floor/mezzanine with entertainment lounge and 4 bedrooms. The so-called atelier comprises one en-suite bedroom overlooking the pool and the sea with yet another separate entrance. The guesthouse is also independent from the main house with separate entrance and holds a mezzanine with double bed and walk-in wardrobe, kitchenette, lounge with sofa bed and bathroom in brushed marble on the garden level. The swimming pool is situated on the front of the house facing south towards the Mediterranean Sea surrounded by vast terraces for outdoor dining and sunbathing. Boules/Petanque court is situated behind the guesthouse.
