A self catering holiday home offering truly special accommodation for the discerning holidaymaker. Live the Marina lifestyle in our very special property which is set in the best position on the harbour & offers stunning views, top quality furnishings & fittings, beautiful linens, towels, & all modern conveniences. There are 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite, & one which can be a double or twin. The 4th bedroom will suit an adult or 2 children. There is a large additional bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, washing machine, drier, fridge, freezer & microwave. There is a kitchen table and chairs, and sofa at one end of the very spacious room for casual dining. There is also a separate dining room. The large lounge has comfortable seating ,large screen TV, DVD & VIDEO. There is a large terrace off the kitchen, balcony off the lounge & 2 gardens, one down to the harbour side with no public walkways anywhere near. A double garage & 2 more spaces.
