The Carriage House is situated on a 25 acre Horse breeding farm overlooking Kerikeri Inlet ,Bay of Islands.You have sole occupancy of the self-contained 2 King size bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms.large living-dining room, study,fully equipped kitchen and laundry. One room can be converted to 2 large singles.Max 4 guests. It is a Quiet location with off street parking. Only 3 km to Restaurants and Shops. At the bottom of the garden you look over moored Yachts. There is a Jetty for your boat or kayak to go exploring the Bays. Grazing SHIRE HORSES in the padocks are used most days to pull wagons in the traditional way. The carriage House contains a collection of Vintage Horse Vehicles. Your HOSTS home is nearby and they can give advice on places to visit. There is so much to do in the Bay of Islands you will want to stay longer. There is a rate for 2 guests and a rate for 4 guests. Stay 7 nights for the price of 6.

Four good GOLF COURSES including Kauri Cliffs.Waitangi,and Kerikeri. This is a central location in the warm North of New Zealand popular those escaping the winter.
