What makes this house unique
Pleasant Cove is a protected cove off of the ocean. It rarely encounters fog, the air is warmer and water is much warmer for swimming. Our dock avoids boat wakes, has a swim ladder and wooden stairs down to our private beach at low tide. Pleasant cove is Known to be a wonderful resource to dig clams and we have a local lobsterman that will deliver lobsters to your dock for much less than you can purchase them at the store. Kayaking inside the cove is much safer than in the ocean or a river. Eagles, Osprey, Seals, Loons, Canadian Geese, Deer, Turkeys, Fireflies and striped bass all outside your door.
