This fabulous villa sits on the slope of a small hill on the edge of the tiny village of Agios Pavlos. Surrounded on three sides by olive and carob trees and pretty gardens this marvelous location offers privacy, tranquility and stunning views of Crete’s magnificent White Mountains. Attractively furnished inside and out Villa Petros has been built and designed to an extremely high standard of comfort and luxury. The three bedrooms are situated on the upper level, along with two bathrooms one of which is a luxurious en suite with a large walk in shower. Each bedroom has access to a spacious balcony, from where you can enjoy the beautiful and uninterrupted vistas. The ground level offers a third shower room & a large open plan kitchen/dining and extremely comfortable living area with a large flat screen TV (satellite). The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and outside there is a beautiful stone built BBQ. The lovely blue tiled pool is surrounded by a spacious patio and pretty gardens.

Villa Petros is extremely well located - both for privacy and tranquility, as it is a stand-alone villa, but also for easy access to the nearby villages that can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The tiny Agios Pavlos and the neighbouring traditional village of Gavalochori, with its 3 excellent tavernas, sweet cafe, friendly bakery, (fresh baked daily on the premises) and one mini-market. Equally accessible are some of the regions beautiful beaches, (the closest, a pretty, sandy, bay situated at Almeritha, can be reached in just 6 minutes by car), as well as some of the regions wealth of attractions; the atmospheric Venetian harbour town of Chania, the freshwater Lake of Kournas, where you can swim, or explore by pedaloe boat, the spectacular 18km Gorge of Samaria, the pink tinged beach of Elafonisi with its Caribbean translucent deep blue water, the spectacular bay of Balos, and the historic Roman and Hellenistic site of Aptera, to name but a few of the regions delights!

Surrounding area: Please note that Villa Petros is a stand-alone villa in a wonderful tranquil location but, unlike many private villas, it is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the pretty and traditional village of Gavalochori. Within 10 minutes you will enter the main square of the village, which offers 3 excellent tavernas, a mini-market, a bakery, a cafeneon and a cafe. The villa is also well-located for the nearest beach, which is, literally, just a 6 minute drive away, at the pretty village resort of Almeritha, which offers a family friendly sandy beach, some water sports, beach beds if you want them but there is plenty of space if you don't. The village also offers an excellent choice of tavernas, most situated overlooking the water, and a good choice of practical facilities, such as mini-markets, small shops, bakery and a handful of cafes.

Villa Petros: Villa Petros has the advantage of a particularly large private swimming pool - 50 sqm. The pool is surrounded by a large patio, which in turn is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The villa is not overlooked in anyway and offers a wonderful tranquility and beautiful views. For sure luxury, comfort, tranquility and convenience will all be part of your stay at Villa Petros.

Airport Information: Chania Airport is the closest airport to Villa Petros but Heraklion Airport is also very easily accessible to the villa. Driving time from Chania is approximately 45 minutes and from Heraklion it is approximately 90 minutes. We provide detailed information to get you to Villa Petros from either airport, or from Souda Bay, should you arrive by Ferry.
