The south facing villa with pool and sea view is situated on one of 6 plazas, each with its own swimming and paddling pools, ideal for couples or families. The villa has its own private patio with table, chairs, sun lounger, and small garden. The interior is appointed with wood flooring throughout and contains natural wooden handcrafted furniture. The lounge has a full size pull down double bed behind a mirrored cupboard and a sofa and armchair There is also a dining area, TV, DVD, RADIO/CD and a second mirrored wardrobe with safe. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven hood, hob & oven/grill, built in microwave, kettle, toaster and a marbled worktop and attractive breakfast bar. The bathroom is fully tiled with sunken bath/shower, toilet & bidet and outside is a mirrored vanity area containing twin recessed hand basins plus shaver socket and hairdryer. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, side table and lamps, a fully fitted mirrored wardrobe, window and ceiling fan

The villa is situated on a luxury beachfront resort boasting 7 swimming pools and its own private beach /lagoon. Only a 10 minute walk along the beachfront promenade and you are in the heart of the bustling centre of Costa Teguise, one of Lanzarote's favourite holiday venues. There is an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants within 2 minutes of the villa. The promenade also accesses all the beaches of Costa Teguise, the main beach, Las Cucharas is only 5 minutes away.

Many of Lanzarotes famous tourist attractions are within easy reach of Costa Teguise, eg the Aquapark (10 mins), the world famous Teguise professional Golf Course is also 10 minutes away, the Sunday market at Teguise (20 minutes). The National Park which hosts bus trips to the top of the volcanoe 'Fire Mountain'.

Costa Teguise holds a craft market every Friday evening. Lanzarote's most famous artist Cesar Manrique left a legacy of wonderful sculptures, buildings, restaurants around the island, sights to see!

    You may access the villa from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate by 11am. Checkin times may be flexible. Please contact the owner near to your holiday.
    The price for the villa includes a welcome pack, full cleaning prior to arrival, bedlinen and towels (1 hand and bath towel per person for internal use only).
    Extra cleaning , towel/linen change can be arranged for an extra charge.
    Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer in GBP or Euro or GBP cheque

The villa is close to reception and you are able to use all the 'communal' facilities open to the public, eg, bars, restaurants, supermarket, internet room, children's and live cabaret (situated in the 'Soleil Bar). There are 2 bars and restaurants on the complex, the Mai Thai pool bar offering food all day and is situated on 'Paradise Island' with a heated pool, waterfall feature and jacuzzi. The Soleil Bar offers sports screens and live cabaret. The whole complex is accessible for wheelchairs.

Excellent stay. Villa was very well equipped and very comfortable.
The weather was very good which gave us opportunity to relax by the pool where it was very quiet.
Very good access to great mountain biking tracks nearby.

this is a beautiful holiday home. everything you need is in the villa and complx. we stayed there last december and had a great time. everyone is realy friendly in the complex. met a lovely couple next door but 1 george and jill. made us feel realy welcome and went out most nights with them. will definetly be going back. great lady called heidi always near by who does the house keeping in this villa. would recomend a stay hear to anyone.
