The villa is in an exclusive, isolated location, with only other four villas as distant neighbours. At about 200m above sea level it commands spectacular views and is surrounded by vineyards and gardens. All major attractions, beaches, shopping, entertainment are within a 5-10 minute distance by car. Living room and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on ground floor level with a huge terrace, including an 'aperitivo and sunset' corner and a dining table. On the first floor master bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace. All interiors, including tiles and furniture, are designer style imported from Italy. The villa is surrounded by the largest private vineyard on the island and beautiful gardens. Attached to the villa is a separate entertainment area complete with barbecue, pizza-oven, a dining space for up to 12 people and enough space to dance and party, totalling about 120 sqm. Access to the villa is by asphalt road, and a final 800m dirt road stretch in adequate conditions.

The villa is located 8 minutes by car from Patitiri, the main village and arrival point of Alonnisos. The best beaches of Alonissos are within a 5 - 10 minutes distance by car. The location is spectacular, commanding 270 degrees views of the sea at a height of about 200 meters above sea level. It is far off the crowded tourist trail though all major beaches, shopping and entertainment venues are within a short distance by car. A car, recommended a Jeep, is necessary to comfortably stay at this villa. On request we can provide you with a 25hp motor boat, anchored within an 8 minutes distance by car.
