ACCOMMODATIONS: Condo, 2 Bedrooms plus convertible sleep sofa in Living Room, 2 Baths ( Sleeps 4-6 )

Our Penthouse Unit purchased in May of 2012 has been completely remodeled with all new furnishings, bedding, linens and accessories. It offers unobstructed breathtaking views of Eagle Beach. In March of 2012, Eagle Beach has been recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Aruba is outside the hurricane zone and is characterized by steady breezes and beautiful tropical weather.

The unit is spaciously appointed with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. Terrace access from both the Master bedroom and Living Room and a Rooftop Terrace that expands the entire unit and is accessible by a private staircase. The Master bedroom has a private Master bath and contains a large walk in closet equipped with a safe. The guest bedroom provides a queen and full size bedding arrangement along with California closets. Flat screen T.V.' s, and fresh linens are provided for each bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances which opens to a beautifully decorated living room. The spacious living room has a leather queen sized sleep sofa and a wall mounted 50' flat screen T.V. A front load washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

The totally private rooftop terrace commands spectacular views of the Ocean and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy rooftop dining or just relax under a sun protected pergola. The rooftop terrace has a Jacuzzi hot tub, Gas grill, assorted chaise lounges, outdoor dining set and beautiful sectional sofa.

The Oceania facility is not to be missed ! There are beautiful pools and protected lounge areas to take in the sun and relax. The complex has a conference room, fitness center, children's playroom, tennis and racquetball courts and sauna's. Just a few steps away lies the beautiful sands of Eagle Beach and the pristine clear water of the Caribbean.

My wife and I have been vacationing in Aruba for many years and have owned at Oceania since 2007. We have traveled the Caribbean extensively but always returned to Aruba. After owning timeshares for over 15 years we decided to purchase a permanent home at Oceania. We are from the U.S. and live in the State of Connecticut. We have references available at the Resort for prospective renters and a full time caretaker as well as booking agent for our property. We are fair and honest people that will respond in a timely fashion to any questions or concerns you may have about Aruba or the specific Residences at Oceania. Having retired in 2011 the management of our Home in Aruba is a full time priority as we demonstrated in May of 2012 by refurbishing the entire unit with new furniture, appliances and interior decorating. We chose this property and location without hesitancy when we discovered in 2004 that a Luxury Condominium complex was to be built on the most beautiful stretch of Eagle Beach. Having visited and vacationed in Aruba for many years we were quite familiar with Eagle Beach. This area which lies between Manchebo Beach and Palm Beach is considered to be the most quiet and peaceful area of the Northwest part of the Island. We have come to Love and appreciate the sugar like sand and clear blue green water that Eagle Beach has to offer. The location of Oceania along Eagle Beach couldn't be more perfect. It lies at the midpoint and you can walk without obstruction for two miles in either direction along the waters edge. Without a doubt one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The unit was clean and well maintained. The owner was most helpful answering questions in a timely manner. The online photos and description of the unit were accurate. The amenities and daily type supplies provided were great.
I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend or relative.
A TV station guide would have been very helpful!
PS the prompt refund of the security deposited was most appreciated!
