This is an older style villa but in good condition, enclosed by walls, with covered terraces in ground and first floors, L shaped swimming pool (9m x 5m), surrounded by terraces and lawn with barbecue. A gated cobbled driveway leads to the parking area at the back of the villa. Bars, restaurants, supermarket and the beautiful beaches of Evaristo and Castelo are located nearby. Evaristo's beach restaurant is well known for its fresh fish dishes.

This villa is located in Sesmarias, between São Rafael and Galé, close to some of the Algarve's best beaches. Nearest amenities are: ** BEACH (Castelo and Evaristo): 1 km. Evaristo's Restaurant is famous for its fresh fidh dishes; **RESTAURANTS (2): 200m; ** SUPERMARKET: 500 m; **GOLF COURSE (Salgados): 2,5 km; **SHOPPING CENTRE (Algarve Shopping): 6 km (Guia village). The largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with shops, restaurants, Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling; ** GUIA village: 5km. Famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri; **ALBUFEIRA town: 6 km. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season; ** MARINA (Albufeira): 3 km; ** AIRPORT (Faro): 40 min's drive.

Golf: The beautiful Golf course Salgados is just 5 minutes drive away.

I rented this villa in June 2011 for a week the property was clean and tidy and serviced by the maid ,the pool is not heated and the beds are a bit hard,loads of restaurants,supermarkets are 10 and 15 mins a way on foot.over all we enjoyed our stay
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

We rented this villa for 2 weeks at the end of August 2010. Its a big property - old but in good condition. We had 2 young children(aged 1 and 2) and the pool wasn't ideal for them as it starts at 0.8m with no steps in. The grass was watered with sprinklers numerous times a day and always soggy - again not great for kids to play on.
Property itself was clean and tidy and regularly serviced by the maid and pool man during our stay.
Good customer service from the local property company - sorted out any issues very quickly.
It's in a quiet area unfortunately next to a bit of waste ground but you can't see it when the gates are closed.
Surrounded by loads of lovely restaurants. One or two shops but no real village centre. The nearest beach is Coelha and is a 25 minute walk - I would recommend a car if renting the villa.

We rent this villa end-october for 1 week
Really nice house, with a lot of space, big pool (up to 2.20m deep) but not heatted (for Halloween season it's important to know), the location is really nice with a lot of beaches around, really nice spot (as San Rafael & Salgados), area quite with some activites around ( 1 bar with large pool & mini-golf 300m away), perfect for kids !
We recommand it, even if prices are little bit increasing for 2010
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
