Very comfortable chalet (125 qm) in excellent location at the leaning to the village. It has 2 bedrooms and a double bed at the mezzanine with spacious comfortable living area with open chimney, dining area and completely equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom with bathtub in the corner, wide shower and last but not least a galery. 360° panoramic view on the mountains, glacier, teleferic from the living area, the bedrooms, terraces, balcony and the garden. The sun shines the whole day. Grächen is a car-free village with a sun plateau. In the summer and winter wunderful promenades invite you for a walk along the water pipes to the Hannigalp and the Seetalhorn. Hiking and tours are possible. Each shopping facilities, restaurants, sport facilities and golf are only approx. 19 km away. In summer bathing the Brigger/Thermal and the Forest bath are very exciting. The ski-run is possible right gefore chalet, a ski bar is not far away. Additional great ski regions are Zermatt/Saas-Fe only 30 km awa

Grächen is a contemplative familiy-friendly and car-free village with nice shops, good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and banks. The village is situated on a plateau and is therefore very sunny. Two teleferics exsist which lead to the Hannigalp and Seetalhorn. Perfect for hiking in summer, e.g. the highs hiking trial to Saas-Fe, guided hiking tours to the Ried glacier and have fun while bathing in the Brigger/Thermal and fun park. 3 golf courts are in the near distance (reachable within 30 minutes by car) with breathtaking views. In winter 40 km descent, good prepared ski-tracks are available. Good possibilities by bus or car into the super ski regions of Zermatt (descent from the little Matterhorn) and Saas-Fee are provided. All winter activities like skating, curling, ski school, snowboard, ski bar and the ski chalet are on site. Find pure recreation for sun tanning and for sporty activities.

Fantastic Stay in Grachen

I stayed at Chalet Vision in Switzerland in July 2008 and would like to give this feedback.

We were a party of five - three adults and two children. We had a fantastic time there. Chalet Vision is in a beautiful location with lovely views. It is very quiet - but only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Graechen. The Chalet is very nice inside and has everything you need to stay there. It is a lovely chalet in which to relax. Lounge / bedrooms / beds all very comfortable. Everything very clean and chalet very well equipped. There is plenty of walking in the area, mountain bike hire in Grachen is easy, lovely restraunts, good shopping, and easy access by car to train to Zermatt or to thermal baths at Bad. We did not use the parking outside the chalet as access is quite tight - we parked in the Grachen ski park and walked up to the chalet (about a 7 minute walk). If I go back to Grachen I will choose to stay at Chalet Vision.

I did the Zermatt marathon while stayed in Grachen. Awesome race!

Very nice, clean, well maintained self-contained chalet with good balconies and great views in a small town in a sunny location. Good walking on the spot (we were there in summer so I don;t know about ski-ing). Very nice person nearby (not the owner who lives in Germany) who provided information and sorted everything out.

The only disadvantage is that you are not in Zermatt and can't see the Matterhorn! Zermatt is an hour away by train and bus. But Grachen has all the other things you need - shops, reasonable restaurants to hand, great bus service. Easy to get to from Geneva or other airports (train and bus service via St Niklaus)

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in Chalet Vision 18. bis 25 Juli 2009.
Das Chalet ist absolut Klasse. Sehr schön, sieht alles neu aus und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage und fabelhaftes Aussicht. Ich habe es nie schöner gesehen in Wallis.
Viele Bergwanderungen möglich von Haus ab. Wir haben das Auto nicht berührt. Von das Chalet kann man einfach ins Dorfzentrum gehen wo alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind.

Tolles Chalet in Top-Lage

Wir verbrachten im Februar 09 unsere Skiferien das erste Mal in diesem schönen Chalet. Das Chalet ist gross, die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Lage des Chalets ist optimal. Kurzer Fussmarsch ins Dorf, wenige Gehminuten zur Gondelbahn. Von der Terrasse des Chalets hat man eine tolle Sicht auf die Berge. Wir haben bis in den späten Nachmittag die Sonne genossen!

Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Herrliches Chalet in wunderschöner Lage

Vom 28.12.08 - 07.01.09 verbrachten wir einen wunderschönen Skiurlaub mit viel Schnee. Das Chalet Vision bot dazu die entsprechende Unterkunft. Das Chalet liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Piste und des Dorfmittelpunktes. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ( Lift, Einkaufmöglichkeiten,Restaurants usw.). Das Chalet ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet ein Hauch von Luxus und sehr viel Gemütlchkeit. Vor Ort findet eine sehr gute Betreuung durch die Verwalterin statt, die man jederzeit behelligen kann. Das Chalet ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Chalet Vision kann ich mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sicher nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen sein.
