This is a typical 2 floor townhouse located in upper Alentejo, having been completely rebuilt in 2009 to include all the modern facilities, like air conditioning and heated floors in the bathroom. This house has one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room where 4 persons can stay very comfortably, it also has a lounge/dining area with a large fireplace and a complete bathroom (with bathtub and shower). The house is furnished and equipped for 4 persons. The views from the house' main facade overlook the amazing village square, with the typical Church and the Luxury Hotel (Pousada of Flor da Rosa).

Flor da Rosa is a typical small village in the vast Portalegre region, at the Portalegre district, that has developed around an important Monastery (witch today is a luxury 5* hotel named Pousada da Flor da Rosa), nearby the lovely Crato village. Flor da Rosa is a picturesque small village with small rural houses painted in white with colored bands around the windows and the doors, surrounded by a lovely natural landscape, where peace of mind rules. Flor da Rosa is also quite famous for its handicraft, mainly for its pottery and granite objects, where tradition still is what it used to be, and old techniques and knowledge have passed through generations.
