Photos and Description of the Hot Springs vacation condo rental

Location! Location! Location! This unit is part of The Landing Condominium Complex and is located just off Highway 7 on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. It is very easy to find and close to Hot Springs attractions and amenities including Oaklawn! Short walking, driving or boating distance to many restaurants, marinas, shopping, nightlife, etc. Unit is on ground floor with direct access to the lake and boat slip right off the balcony. Boat slip with lift is included with the rental fee during the months of April through September. Bring your own boat or rent one at an adjacent marina.

The condominium is approximately 1100 square feet with two bedrooms, two full baths, and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed, master bathroom, television, double closet and sliding door access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with closet and dresser. The kitchen has new appliances including microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cookstove, Keurig coffee maker as well as being fully equipped with all cookware, dishes and utensils. The living room has a large screen HD TV with HD channels, DVD player, fireplace and a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and incredible sunsets. The 24' covered boat slip with lift is steps away from the balcony and is included with the rental fee.

The Landing is a gated condominium complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts and ample guest parking. A gazebo on the water is available to guests for fishing, picnics, or just watching the lake activities. Holiday fireworks displays can be seen from property!

Many vacation rentals on Lake Hamilton are not easy to get to, don't have a view of the main channel of the lake and are not close to all that Hot Springs has to offer. This unit has all this and more!

The location of the property is what sold us on this unit. Ground floor, beautiful panoramic view of the lake and close to all that Hot Springs has to offer. We were also impressed with the property manager and the condition that the grounds and buildings are kept.

What makes this condo unique

Very short boat ride to Fisherman's Wharf, Back Porch Grill, Boathouse Restaurant, the Belle of Hot Springs and several other restaurants, which we really enjoy.

Adjacent to marinas, restaurants, night clubs many of which are accessible by car or boat. Short driving distance to numerous local and chain restaurants as well as shopping malls and movie theaters. Located on Scenic Highway 7 which is the main highway traveling through Hot Springs. Travel north on Highway 7 and you will pass Oaklawn Park which has live horse racing from January through April and eventually end up in Historic Downtown Hot Springs and the Hot Springs National Park, where you can stroll downtown, shop at the boutiques, visit the steaming hot springs for which the city was named, enjoy a thermal bath and massage and complete your day with a visit to one of the fine dining establishments. You will also be minutes away from Magic Springs Amusement/Water Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Mid America Museum, the Gangster Museum and many other local attractions.

Hot Springs Lake Front AMAZING!!! Best stay ever in Hot Springs on Catalina Cirle

I was amazed by how much my family and I enjoyed this experience. The Condo is amazing and fully stocked! The decor is so comfortable, yet it is beautiful. Also, I like the fact that it was fully stocked with such things as a first aid kit, pots, pans, laundry detergent, snacks, and even coffee.
The view was awesome. We would sit on the patio and watch the sunset, and sunrise. They also kept a ton of dvd's on hand. My kids thoroughly enjoyed all the Disney movies they had there! We never plan on staying anywhere else.

This property was in a great location. The view of the lake and sunsets were exceptional. The unit was clean and stocked with all the conveniences of home. We would definately not only recommend renting this unit, but we would would also like to rent it again.

Thanksgiving with family

We just stayed at this property over Thanksgiving weekend. We were able to meet famliy from Texas halfway and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal together. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, cookware and dishes needed for our meal. The condo is just as the pictures show and the scenery is beautiful. The owners were so helpful with our preplanning and welcomed us with a special treat at arrival. They are so easy to work with and are very accomodating.
The condo is very close to shopping, eating and entertainment. It is only a short drive to the quaint downtown full of cool shops, hot springs and interesting history. Our family has already discussed visiting again! A huge 'Thank You!'
