Condo on the Boynton Beach Delray line. About 5 miles from Delray Beach and Boynton Beaches. Master bedroom with full bath and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom with closet and adjacent full bath. These bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit. Living, dining and sitting room areas, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Floridian room with table, chairs, cable TV in three locations.Wireless internet. Beautiful CLUB HOUSE with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, billiards, card rooms, fitness center, safe for walking and biking. Available for 6 month rental only. Please check our calendar.

Love this area because of its proximity to Altantic Avenue in Delary Beach and West Palm Beach. This is where there is always something happening. The streets of Delray offer a vast array of restaurants and entertainment. West Palm Beach has some upscale shopping and theaters.

Very clean and lots of space!!!

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at this property. The place was very clean inside. I felt like I was at home. There was lots of space and plenty of dishes/cookware to make us feel like we were home. The neighborhood is very quiet and had sidewalks all around the community to walk. Location is very central....only minutes to downtown Delray Beach. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Great kitchen --- every tool needed to do holiday cooking ! Lots of room for entertaining! Good location -- very nicely decorated.
Fitness center fit our needs . Quiet neighborhood since this is a 55+ community, but since we were here during the holidays - we did notice some young people around. Very close to "The Boys" farm market -- a must visit if you hadn't been there before.
