Modern house in great location! On large lot next to unspoiled natural lot.

Just off Wright Bros. Memorial Bridge....no more sitting in traffic driving north to Duck or south to Nags Head; at MilePost 2.3.

Short walk to beach ...close to Rite Aid, Harris Teeter, Home Depot.

3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outside shower. New furniture. 61' LCD TV with satellite feed, WiFi, plus TVs in each bedroom.

New 14' x 28' deck in front, with covered deck in back. OBX hammock to relax on.

I found this home very clean and comfortable. The owner was easy to work with and very accomodating. All of my questions or concerns were answered in a very quick and timely manner. This home is perfect for a small group. I have always come to the outer banks with a ton of people and had rented those bigger houses. If I find myself coming back with a small group, I would not rent anywhere else. This house was perfect for us. Hope to be back soon!!

We had a great experience staying in this home. The house was very neat and clean. It is in a wonderful location with an easy walk to the beach. It is a quiet neighborhood with a nice view. The grocery store and other beach shops are convienent. I would definitely rent this again. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with.

Clean and very well maintained!

This owner is honest and straight forward. Our family found the home home comfortable and clean upon arrival. One minor issue was quickly resolved with a visit from a local service person. If you are looking for a nice place to stay (off the beach), this is an affordable option. I would not recommend trying to cross the highway with young children!

Nice secluded beach house

The house was nice and cozy. Bruce made the transaction simple with payment via PayPal. The 61" TV was a nice touch. Close enough to the beach to walk. Golf course across the street was a nice view. Comfy furniture. Really enjoyed the 11 days. Hated to leave. Will be back!
