Large detached beach house directly infront of the sandy beaches of Tio Tom with beautiful sea views. Private swimming pool, lovely front and back gardens, 3 decks including extra parilla area on roof top. This stunning and relaxed property sleeps 8-10 , with 5 bedrooms and additional pull-out beds and sofa bed. With 3 bathrooms, 2 with baths, one jacuzzi, steam-jet showers and walk-in showers. Interior designed beach house was built in 2004 to a very high standard with all mod cons, double glazing, air conditioning , under floor heating, alarm system, direct TV, internet, sound system. Ideal entertaining areas- living and dining room, open fireplace, very large playroom with TV area, outside parilla (barbeque) area adjacent to swimming pool, front deck and roof top overlooking the ocean. Located in Portezuelo area, 3 mins walk along beach to 2 restaurants, 3 mins drive to local shops, golf, tennis, horse riding, lake and boating and 15 mins drive from down town Punta del Este.
