This bright, relaxed property sleeps up to 12 , with 5 bedrooms ,4 bathrooms, 3 with baths, one with steam-jet shower.Interior designed beach house was built in 2004 with all mod cons, double glazing, air conditioning , under floor heating, alarm system, cable tv, internet-Wi-Fi, sound system.1st floor: living and dining room, with front deck and views to sand dunes.1 onsuite bedroom.Outside parilla (barbeque) area ideal for entertaining ,overlooking the pool and back garden. Roof top with spectacular sea views.Ground floor: bright kitchen, washing room,2 bedrooms, each with access to front garden,1 bathroom. Large detached house facing Tio Tom beach. Tio Tom is located in the Portezuelo area ,between Solanas and Chihuahua beaches, close to Punta Ballena which can be seen along the coastline. The neighbourhood is very nice with detached houses with gardens, lots of greenery. Tio Tom beach is one of the most beautiful, with sand dunes and miraculous sunsets to enjoy. The house is just steps away from the beach. The nearest restaurants (2) ,are just a short 3 min stroll down the beach.The nearest supermarkets , shops, restaurants and cafes are just 3 mins drive away or 15 mins by bike.Downtown Punta del Este is 15mins drive away. La Barra is 25 mins drive. The house is perfect for quiet, relaxed away -from -it all holidays yet at the same time close enough to Punta del Este. Inland (5 mins drive)is the 'club del golf' with tennis courts and 'Lapataia', a great outing for families with children.Local horse riding, bike rentals,sandboarding, body-boarding, lovely walks...

Bedroom 4: Lower ground level- sofabed (sleeps 2) with ensuite bathroom and door leading out to private patio. Bedroom 5: Lower ground level: 2 single beds- (these can also be put together to form a large kingsize double bed) There is a comfortable single bed in the playroom and an extra pull-out single bed with comfortable matrass which can go in any room.
