Victorian Perfection in Pacific Heights! Gorgeous entry with sweeping staircase. Dramatic living room with formal furnishings of the era. Exquisite grand formal dining area. State-of-the-art kitchen, with gas stove and working island. Breakfast area off kitchen. Powder room in hallway.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with queen bed, large sitting area with entertainment center including TV, refrigerator and microwave. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third has a European size bed, which is smaller than a full and larger than a twin. The laundry and two baths (one with a stall shower, one with a shower over the tub) are also upstairs. Shared garden.
