This is the second time we have stayed at this complex although not in the same apartment. The last time we came was in Easter and it was very quiet. This time it was busier (August), but it is worth remembering that there are only 12 apartments. The apartment is well equipped, excellent aircon, 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower, 1 with bath and 2 bedrooms. Having stayed here before, we knew roughly where to go, but it is not the easiest place to find. Nevertheless we were given good directions. Underground parking with lift access to all floors is great. The pool area is a good size with WC and showers on site. Could do with a few more sun loungers at busy times, but it was mid school holidays. There is a local shop a few hundred metres up the Ronda road however it’s more expensive than the nearby supermarkets (captive audience). We were looking for a quiet relaxing holiday which is exactly what we got. Kids (2 girls 6 & 2) loved the pool having spent at least 40 hours in it over the week!! Benahavis town is well worth a visit, lots of small restaurants to eat in and less expensive that Puerto Banus and Marbella. I would recommend a car to get around. .
Service provided by owner and local agent was very good. We had no issues and we would stay here again.

This is an exclusive development in a semi rural location and, as the feedback indicates, good directions are provided to ensure that it is easy to find on arrival. We are grateful for the feedback regarding the sun loungers and will monitor this over the peak season. In addition to the sun loungers by the pool there are also four sun loungers on our private terrace.
