The two villa apartments on the Hilton 5 star worldwide resort are set in the tropical gardens one ground floor with a 60 sq m patio and disabled bathroom access. The first floor has 2 12sq m balconies. They are furnished to a high standard with a king size bed and large bed settee in the lounge.both with new 34' lcd tv and dvd players, transfers can be arranged for 10 pounds each way please ask when makeing booking, room service, bi weekly cleaning, ten swimming pools and free access to Hilton private beach with towels and sunbeds provided, and all the facilities and services offered by the Hilton worldwide resort. The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, two ringed hob microwave, toaster, kettle etc.both villas are recentlly refurbished , and now offering a 15%discount for two week bookings

hello, i,am a builder from kent,and have various hobbies and sports like iaido and track days.I'am married to lisa and have two children.We bought the two apartments in 2005 and have rented them out since 2009 to cover the cost of the hilton's maintenance and service charges.

We stayed in the area a few times and when we decided that we only wanted to holiday in sharm we bought the villa's on the hilton resort as an investment for the future holidays.

The hilton has the largest and best beach in naama bay also complete security. also only being 5-10 mins walk to the center of naama bay with all the restaurants,shops and entertainment.

What makes this apartment unique

With a choice of first floor villa or ground floor villa,the ground floor villa has got a wet room shower so is ideal for wheelchair use also extended patio,and can walk from villa to center of naama bay without having to use a single step. the tropical heated pool is only 25 mtrs away

Amazing Hotel - Fantastic Villa

This resort was the best resort we had been to In sharm and having been to sharm on 7 other occasions we have stayed in many hotels. To us this place was a complete gem.

After a little hic up with the booked transfer all was sorted and our holiday began!

Villa is lovely, well decorated and very well maintained. Everything you could think of to use in the kitchen if you needed it.

Mike the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Abdul at the tropical bar was a complete legend with our kids and a lovely guy too.

Nice walk to a great beach and a stroll into Namma bay.

Dive centre was brilliant with Mahmood and Freddie been fab!

We booked breakfast through the hotel which was well worth the money. Hotel supermarket quite expensive but a little walk down the road to the side of the sister hotel was a set of shops that were a third if the price.

We loved the hotel, the staff were great and we would have not hesitation to book again.

Thank you again Mike for letting us borrow your little spot in paradise!

Perfect Villa

My husband and I stayed at the first floor appartment for 2 weeks in may. The apartment is comfortable, modern and stylish. The photos shown are a true likeness of the flat. There are 2 large balconies, 1 which is shaded most of the time and the other in full sunlight. the view from the balconies is of a lovely garden with flowers and other villas. The very large bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen area has all you need and there is plenty of wardrobe space.
The villa is right next to the Tropical pool with a swim up bar and snack bar, this in my oppinion was the best pool in the complex. A ten minute stroll takes you to the beach with free sunloungers and towels supplied. Naama town centre is about 15 minutes walk away along the beach promonade with the hotels and bars. There are shops and small supermarkets close to the villa and even a Tony Drinkies shop which was handy for the odd bottle of wine.
I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the houskeeping changed the sheets and towels most days and also left baskets of fruit, tea and coffee etc.
I would not hesitate to recomend this accomodation to anyone and I will stay here again when I return to Sharm el Sheikh.

lack of cleanliness let the side down

Arrived at Sharm airport to find that the prebooked taxi arranged through the owner was no where to be seen! No option than to pay over the odds for an airport taxi service.

The apartment is in a good location away from the hustle and bustle of the pools and the main hotel.

The apartment is an ideal size for 3 adults. The bed in the bedroom is extra large and very firm. The sofa bed is much softer. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed.

The apartment was cleaned twice during our visit together with a change of towels.
The first clean being within 18 hours of our arrival.
It would be a good idea to ask for extra cleaning to be available even at a charge. The bins were only emptied when the cleaners came and no obvious place to dump the rubbish at other times. Dumped rubbish could be seen around the resort. There were no cleaning products left to clean the bathroom nor a much needed toilet brush.

i notififed the owner, complete with photos regarding the cleanliness of the apartment and no comment has been received.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately on rare occasions the arranged hotel transfers may be delayed,should this be the case we ask our guests to call the hilton on the number we provide with our confirmation email . they will then always make sure someone is sent to collect you within ten mins alternatively if you chose to use a taxi the hilton will reimburse any cost to you as occured in this case.
the appartment is cleaned biweekly as standard if extra cleaning is required this can be requested by calling reception on the phone provided in the villa,there is a small fee for this,but ussually we find biweekly is enough.Rubbish is placed outside the apartment in view of the road for collection as you would do at home.Lastly i always respond as promptly as possable to all queries, in this case i replied within four hours via email

Great apartment in brilliant location!

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in this first floor apartment on the wonderful Hilton Sharm Dreams Resort complex which is ideally located near the centre of Naama Bay.

We were greeted at the airport (transfers arranged by the owner prior to our arrival) and taken by private taxi to the hotel. After a quick check in we were taken in a golf buggy to the apartment. Golf buggy's are available on request by calling the concierge.

The apartment itself is very spacious and has 2 balconies overlooking beautifuly kept gardens. It had a queen size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room which was perfect for us. There is everything you need in the apartment and towels and bed linen are changed bi-weekly. A brand new supermarket had just opened a few minutes walk away from the apartment and is open until the early hours so easy to stock up on essentials.

The apartment is literally 2 minutes walk from the most wonderful heated pool. Towels & sunbeds are provided free of charge and there is a swim up bar and snack facilities. All the staff on the resort are wonderful and cannot do enough to ensure you have a great holiday. I really cannot praise them highly enough.

A 10 minute walk over the road and through the grounds of the Hilton Fayrouz gets you to a lovely beach with free sunbeds and towels once again. Snorkeling off the beach was great with lots of colourful fish just feet from the shore! We also booked a snorkelling trip to the reefs at Tiran Island which was a great day out.

Both the Dreams and Fayrouz resorts have security guards based in all areas day & night and feel very safe. There are a few restaurants on the resorts but with the exception of our arrival day we preferred to visit the nearby local restaurants and had nothing but good experiences at them all. If you walk a bit further you reach the main street of Naama Bay which is bustling with life, especially at night, but we preferred to eat at the quieter seafront restaurants.

If you are looking for a self catering holiday with all the benefits of a wonderful 5 star resort this is the place for you! Many thanks to Mike & family, we would definitely like to return one day!

Fantastic apartment,great location in Naama Bay

The apartment had one large bedroom and a large living room and TV's in both rooms.Kitchen facilities had everything you would need and the bathroom was spacious too.The gardens outside were meticulously maintained.We were very impressed by how quiet it was at night time which ensured we got a good nights sleep.Thanks Mike for letting you stay at your apartment.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

GREAT APARTMENT WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED

As previous reviews, this apartment provides everything you could want and as it is located so close to the centre of Naama Bay represents great value. Taxi from the airport cost 95LE (about £10.20 currently). The apartment is on Hilton Sharm Dreams complex - speedy check-in at hotel desk and shown to the room with minimal fuss. The apartment had a wow factor as soon as you entered and saw how spacious it was (for two). Checking the facilities we found it had what we needed. The bed is massive. Two balconies with comfy chairs to lounge on inside and out. Air-con worked a treat and was included in the price as too was the water and electric (paid it as an extra at another apartment last year). A walk through the complex, across the main road and on through Hilton Fayrouz to the beach promenade took about ten minutes.
We spent nearly every day on the hotel beach which was good with plenty of sunbeds and parasols and free beach towels provided. It was well attended with a couple of bars so you did not need to go to far for food and drink.
A couple of days we spent at the hotel pools - there are several - and again plenty of sunbeds, parasols and towels.
We did not use any of the hotel's various facilities other than the pools. It is predominantly all-inclusive with a bar and Mexican restaurant which you could use. We have always preferred to visit the many restaurants and bars in Naama for our evening meals and entertainment, each night was brilliant.
This was our fourth time in Sharm el Sheikh, and as we love being near Naama Bay, this was easily the best apartment we have stayed in.
We are considering this apartment already for 2012 and have recommended it to friends and family.
