This impressive 3 bedroomed detached villa is situated on a tree-lined avenue and is approached via electronic gates. It has a private garden and pool; is very secluded and yet located a short way from amenities. The light and airy house is open plan and is in immaculate decorative order, beautifully furnished and well equipped with sat TV, office with broadband, CD player, stunning kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer; separate utility room with washing machine and dryer; terraces and barbecue. The master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom is on the upper floor with its own private terrace and stunning mountain views. The other 2 double bedrooms are on the ground floor with their own bathrooms. Quiet location. Alarm. Calahonda itself caters well for families with many restaurants etc. to choose from and the lovely Port of Cabopino is also close at hand.

Calahonda is like a small town inasmuch as there are lots of different bars, restaurants, banks, amusements and shops very close by. The delightful Port of Cabopino is a short drive and the village of La Cala is also close on the east side. Lots of beaches within the area and Marbella with all it has to offer is just a 10 minute drive.
