Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac on the prestigious community of Hampton Lakes. It has its own large private drive to the house with parking for 4 cars plus. If it is space you require then this villa has over 2800 sq ft of living space comprising of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 separate lounges, Safe ,a modern fully equipped kicthen, ping pong and football table in garage. It has flat screen TV's in all bedrooms with cable, a DVD player and selection of DVD's and books, games, music and an Ipod player. If all of this entertainment technology doesn't help you relax after busy days at theme parks then laying by the south facing pool will. The pool is ideal for all you sun lovers as it is not overlooked. The pool area also has a covered lanai for relaxing in the evening or having drinks with friends or family. Alarms are fitted on outside doors to the pool for your childrens safety.
The villa is less than 15 mins drive to the Disney Parks, 30 mins to Universal Studios, Outlet Shops and Malls. The villa is within 5 minutes drive of the I4 which gives easy access to the east coast which includes Daytona, Coco Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre (60 mins), the west coast which includes Clearwater (75 mins), St Petes (75 mins) and Naples (2 hours).
There are plenty of Golf courses with the nearest being 2 mins away or if you fancy a 3 - 4 day mini cruise then you can hop on a boat from Port Canaveral or Fort Lauderdale. Although the majority of people visit Florida to go to theme parks it has more to offer in other ways. A short drive up the Highway 27 takes you to a working winery which offers you conducted tours and wine tasting, also the highway takes you to Lake Statepark which offers lots of outdoor pursuits. Airboat tours, fishing and horse riding are all available nearby. Something for everyone.
