Also included is a dining room, eat in kitchen, sunroom and living room. Washer and Dryer in laundry room. This house is minutes away from some

of the most beautiful beaches in the world including Bradenton beach on Anna Maria Island. Visit the most beautiful white-sand Anna Maria,Holmes and Bradenton beaches (10 min driving).

Close to Sarasota-Bradenton Airport(15 min), St.Petersburg, Tampa, (30-45 min, Orlando Disney World (2 hours) All utilities included. Small pets considered.

My family started vacationing in the Bradenton area about 45 years ago. We loved the area and the world class beaches here so much, eventually we were able to retire here.

Nice, clean, spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Close to island, beaches, nature preserve, restaurants and shopping. Owners responded quickly to any questions and concerns. Beautiful vacation area. Pet friendly home was very important to us!
