This luxurious chalet is a peaceful oasis. The villa is located just 30 m from the sea, and features a wonderful view of Cala Ratjada and Menorca. The modern, spacious villa is fully furnished according to high standards. It has 3 double bedrooms, which offer space for 6 people comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms. The large living area has a sofa-bed for a 7th or 8th person, a dining area for 8 people, and a fireplace. It features a spectacular view and provides access to the patio. A separate, well equipped kitchen is also included, as well as a laundry room with a new washing machine and dryer. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a pool. This includes a number of lawns and a terrace tower for relaxing and sunning. The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Restaurants, town centre, shops, beaches, bars etc, are all quickly reached.

The town of Cala Ratjada has grown up out of an old fishing village. It is, for the most, part free of huge hotels. Cala Ratjada is a recommendable destination throughout the year. The chalet is situated on a rise in Cala Ratjada, not far from the centre. The beaches are about a 10-minute walk away. The chalet is very quietly located, as the access road ends on the hill. There are a number of villas in the area. The house is situated on a large, well-tended, 790 m² slightly sloping property, with its own pool.

Wir waren im April 09 in diesem schönen Haus mit eigenen Pool und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so toll war, konnte man sich in dem Haus sehr wohlfühlen. Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber und die Betreuung Vorort einfach fantastisch. Es war eine Freude durch den gepflegt und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltete Garten zu gehen und sich an den bunten Blumen zu erfreuen. Die verschiedenen Aussenterrassen bieten Sonne und Schatten, je nach Wunsch. In den Ort gelangt man am schnellstens durch das vor dem Haus beginnende Naturschutzgebiet. In ca. 10 Min. ist man an der Cala Gat Bucht, von wo eine schöne Promenade direkt zum Hafen und in die Ortsmitte führt. Da am Haus ein sehr schöner Pool ist, vermißt man den Strand nicht.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus mit allem drum und dran nur weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Wir sind der Meinung, hier erlebt man Urlaub in seiner schönsten Art.
