Fully fenced private pool, barbecue and hot tub areas with ample space for sunbeds and a covered dining area. The covered car parking for 2 medium cars is accessed by electric doors. Sky television plus a selection of DVDs, CDs and books are provided for your entertainment and relaxation. The property has ceiling fans and air conditioning plus heating for the winter months. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an on suite.The other double bedroom has also an on suite the three remaining bedrooms are twin bedded and have a family bathroom. There is a guest toilet downstairs. A cot and high chair are available if required. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker etc.

Pareklisha is a quiet village on the outskirts of Limassol with shops, bakery, chemist, takeaways and tavernas. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach from the Villa and 20 minutes drive to Larnaca airport and 35 minutes drive to Paphos airport.A 10 to 15 minute drive into the centre of Limassol offering all the facilities you could require, and a 10 minute drive from the villa and you are heading up the mountains for cooler temperatures and lunch at one of the many village tavernas.
