During warmer months, enjoy a glass of wine sitting on the large back deck while surrounded by cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc grape vines. Or sit on the wrap-around porch and enjoy the cool shade and wonderful breeze. For winter rentals, the house is fully insulated, heated, and has a propane gas fireplace in the living room for a cozy winter stay.
Inside you will find hardwood floors throughout the dining and living rooms, a newly renovated kitchen with gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with in-the-door ice and water.
