This brand new villa is in Windsor Park and is a well established, upscale, gated villa development, part of the highly regarded Remington golfing area. The Villa has been furnished to the highest standard and has a beautiful south facing screened private pool and sundeck with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The back of the villa overlooks a pond where our guests can view ducks swimming around in the pond while getting the full all-day sunshine. The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and family room. Sliding door leads to the fully screened and private 14 x 28 foot pool (with optional heating). The pool has a removable safety fence for added protection for young infants, and all doors leading on to the deck area have additional safety lock and alarms. There is Cable televisions in family room and master bedroom .

This brand new villa is in Windsor Park and is a well established, upscale, gated villa development, part of the highly regarded Remington golfing area. This very tranquil, relaxed golfing community is located approximately 40 minutes from Universal Studios and around a 20 minute drive to the Disney theme parks. The full Remington area covers just under 750 acres and consists of several residential communities, all are immaculately maintained with lush landscaping and tree lined boulevards. The villas are well placed for both the Remington and Kissimmee Bay golf courses and also for fishing and water sports on East Lake Toho. The back of the villa overlooks a pond where our guests can view ducks swimming around in the pond while getting the full sunshine.
