The willows sleeps 7 fully equipped, sky TV, DVD player. Beautiful gardens sweep down to 12 mt in ground swimming pool, the houses are tastefully furnished, we provide bed linen and towels (not for pool), all electric no gas, we have on site fishing lakes, the houses are on one level no stairs ideal for handicapped visitors, they are over 200years old and after a day in the sun its fantastic to go inside the cool house, there is a patio, barbecue garden furniture and sun beds for pool use, totally fenced and secure, the water is fantastic to drink.

Chez Maquignon is a 16th century Charentise farm,which has been tastefully renovated sympathetically to retain the old world charm but modern conveniences, situated in beautiful country side on the edge of the French nature reserve of which we own part,within easy reach of the beaches at Royan,La Rochelle,and close to Angouleme, Bordeaux, Cognac,St Emilion,Aubiterre,Jonzac a spa town with indoor holiday pool complex wave pool etc and a casino, and many more attractions and beautiful places to visit,there is golf,horse riding,jet ski lake,fishing which is free in our lakes with carp to over 40 lb,fantastic restaurants, aubergines,you will never see it all in one holiday.The locals are friendly and due to the historic past of the area with the King of England marrying the Queen of Aquitain retaining the chic splendour of its rural setting famous for the wine and cognac,most visitors enjoy relaxing by the pool,having a barbecue or just chilling out in the fantastic south facing location
