It is a quiet, private, 2nd floor unit with a patio/balcony, 2 master bedrooms, 2 baths that is very bright, decorated with beachy modern furnishings, plantation shutters throughout, lovely original watercolor paintings, a full kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, and in-unit laundry. Rest up on the brand-new, California king size beds with fine linens, and lots of fluffy pillows. This urban retreat also boasts a large, flat screen TV, wireless internet and a land line for your convenience. Sleep 4 max.

Enjoy a safe and vibrant neighborhood that is a “walker’s paradise” with a 95% “walkability” rating. Around the corner you can join the locals at Bay Cities, the best Italian deli and market in the city. This condo is located on a designated bicycle route and has easy access to city transit and the major car routes into Los Angeles and beyond. There is permit street parking and you will have a neighborhood permit for your personal use.

What a beautiful place! I was in for a week to shop with my daughter for her wedding dress, a success! Stayed here with the groom's mother and had such a lovely time.

I'd be delighted to recommend a couple of great spots for a variety of food, drinks and attractions, all of which are within a few blocks walking distance from the property. Coffee: Top-rated Funnel Mill café just steps to Broadway; Breakfast, lunch or dinner - Swingers restaurant around the corner; Tar & Roses; California Shabu Shabu (Japanese restaurant) on the corner; join the locals at Bay Cities, the best Italian deli/market in the city. Bodega Wine Bar; Hosteria del Piccolo for a great pizza or wonderful true Italian pasta on 6th. Want make your own meal in our full kitchen, Vons Supermarket is only 2 blocks away...don't forget your own grocery bag. I can recommend more...just ask!

Fantastic apartment in Santa Monica

We stayed four adults in this aparment for 11 nights. Everyone loved the apartment. It was very clean and fresh. Comfortable beds, two baths and a large livingroom with a sofa and a big diningtable.
They have thought about absolutely everything you could possibly need in a flat when you are on holiday such as a lot of info about things to do on your stay, beachtowels, olive oil in the kitchen for cooking and some coffe and tea. When we arrived there were fresh flowers on the table, water in the fridge and a basket with some sweets. We felt very welcome.

The location was perfect, 5 min walk to 3rd street promenade and 10 min to the beach. It's a grocery store 1 block from the apartment and there's also a lot of restaurants nearby.

We had great communication with Cynthia before arrival and when we came there she showed us the apartment and gave us tips about activites to do during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Perfect pied a terre!

Lovely condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen suite, dining room, living room, and balcony. The fresh breeze on the balcony is amazing for drinking wine! Great location: walking distance from beach, shopping and restaurants. Quiet location and super comfortable. Great place to work, too! (Pretty ideal place for a working vacation.) Cynthia (manager) is super friendly and stays out of your hair, but makes sure you've got everything you need.

Great location in very nice tree lined neighborhood.
Within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, downtown area shopping, beach and pier.
Apartment lovely and clean. Comfy beds, great having two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
Cynthia gave nice welcome and was helpful.
Just wish there had been a second TV.
Would definately stay there again and would highly recommend this property.

We stayed here the beginning of March….this is a great location in the Santa Monica area. We really enjoyed this neighbourhood as it was very close and walkable to everything ….beach, 3 rd St. promenade, great restaurants, stores and yet the street location is very quiet. It is also only a few minutes away from Hwy 10 which makes it very easy and convinient to get around the LA area. We had parking permit for the street which was very handy and never really had a problem finding a parking spot. The condo is very nice….very clean …nice furniture…good layout and has a lot of little extra's that you don't find in most rentals (i.e well stocked kitchen, great linens, towels etc). The booking process was very smooth with Cynthia and she accommodated our check in when we got bumped from our flight and arrived 8 hours later than expected. I highly recommend this place and would easily book it again. Santa Monica is a great location to use as a home base for the LA area.

Enjoyed our stay

Travelling as two couples this apartment was a perfect base for our holiday. It was very clean and bright and it's alot more spacious than it looks in the photos. We loved the patio outside and would sit and eat breakfast out there whilst enjoying the sun each morning.
Each bedroom has a massive bed, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! We also loved the fact there was two bathrooms.
We made use of the washer and dryer so they were a really nice touch. Lots of nice little touches in the kitchen also such as tea bags and sugar in the cupboard and ice in the fridge.
It's in an excellent location, just a short walk to the main shopping area and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. We had a car so it made the journeys even shorter. One small note about parking, they do street sweeping on a Tuesday and Wednesday, we didn't see the signs and got a parking ticket on our first morning there. So just be careful where you park!
There's an amazing diner just a few blocks down Santa Monica boulevard called swingers, if you choose to stay here make sure you check that out to.
Overall we would definitely stay here again and wish we were going back sooner!

Great place to stay!

I'm glad I took the time to read reviews and check out the location of this condo, as from the moment we walked in to the day we left I couldn't fault our stay. Very nice welcoming touches and the location was great. We were a family of four and walked to the beach most days along with 3rd Street promenade. We didn't have a car but found it very easy to get around and managed to visit all the places outside of Santa Monica on our tick list. We would love to visit again and would definitely put this condo as our first choice.
