This well furnished, bright and spacious property is situated in a quiet area in the pueblo of Vejer yet it is within 2 mins walk of the nearest shops. Decorated in Moroccan style, to a high standard and with every amenity you may need to enjoy a relaxing holiday or use as a sightseeing base, this property is unbeatable. The 3 spacious double bedrooms, shower room and family bathroom are complemented by an open-plan lounge/dining room and well fitted kitchen with all appliances. The outdoor spaces have been well thought out with a bright sunny south east facing terrace to the front and a cool patio to the rear with access from the kitchen. The whole roof of the property is one large and sunny solarium and is an ideal place to sunbathe or have a few quiet drinks/BBQ in the evenings. The private pool complex is only a 2 min walk. Underground garage is also provided with this property and it is within 2km easy access of the main coastal road network for visits to Cadiz, Jerez and Seville.

Excellent local shops at 2 mins walk. The town shops, supermarket etc are 3 mins walk and the old town with its art and crafts shops another 5 mins walk. There are some fantastic restaurants to enjoy including French, Italian, Moroccan and Spanish. The old town is an intricate web of small cobbled alleys and arches and the beautiful Moorish architecture is around every corner. The castle is still standing as is the town wall where you can walk along the battlements and take in the breathtaking views. El Palmar beach is 10 mins by car with its stunning white sand and large range of beach restaurants and cafes. To the North lies Conil beach and the famous La Barrosa beach of Chiclana and a few miles further north the blue flag beaches of Cadiz city. In all there are 76 kilometres of white sand beach to enjoy plus watersports and endless walks/cycle tracks. Good selection of local golf courses including Montenmedio 3 miles, San Andres 16 miles, Benalup 15 miles, Sancti Petri 16 miles.

  • All the bedrooms are spacious and located on the first floor. Two face to the front of the house with open views across the Feria and open countryside beyond. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony and sliding French windows. Bedroom 3 is a quiet room which looks over the kitchen patio. All the bedrooms are served by the large family bathroom on the first floor. We have a large sofa bed in the lounge for larger parties.

The full rooftop solarium has beautiful views to the open countryside and Morocco beyond and is ideal for quiet drinks, sunbathing or dinner. It is also suitable for those with mobility problems as the property is on a flat road with parking immediately outside. There is a sofa bed in the lounge on the ground floor and a downstairs shower room.
