MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The master bedroom features a queen sized bed with dual side tables & lamps, large dresser and closet. All beds (master and guests) are outfitted with fine linen and fabrics.
Enjoy the views of the Kootenay Valley and Trickle Creek Golf Course from the luxury of your bed, or step out onto your (with hot tub and BBQ) through one of two doors (living & master bedroom). The perfect place for your morning coffee!
The master bath features a full-size stand up shower with a built in bench, huge vanity and sink. This large space won’t leave you missing any of the luxuries of home.
GUEST BEDROOMS HIGHLIGHTS:
Two large guest bedrooms and 3rd bed (hide-away) is in the living room, await you and your family. The large 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed with dual side tables, lamps, chester drawer, closet and large window. The 3rd bedroom features bunk beds for the kids, a chest drawers and large closet. This bedroom has direct private access to the main bathroom. While you enjoy the views of the valley your guests will enjoy the relaxing views of Kimberley’s ski slopes.
MAIN BATHROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The main bath features a full-size stand-up shower/tub combo, large vanity and single sinks. Tub is equipped with a portable bath chair for showering which is ideally for someone with disabilities. There is direct access from both the kid’s bedroom and the hallway, this space offers a great deal of flexibility.
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a full size side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice maker, ultra quiet dishwasher, oven with smooth top range and a built-in microwave. The kitchen also features coffee maker, toaster and plenty of counter space. Cookware, dishes and cutlery are provided for your convenience. The island has a raised eating bar and large table with seating for 8 gives you all kinds of casual or formal dining options. A washer and dryer are also located in the unit.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The living room features a leather sofa (folds out to double bed), loveseat and chair, side tables and lamps all centered around a cozy fireplace complete with log mantle. This room is loaded with things to entertain the family including a Stereo/CD player, 27” TV with cable, DVD player etc. There is a door to patio deck, featuring a private hot tub, patio furniture and a gas BBQ to cook your steaks on.

Located in the beautiful Purcell Range of the Canadian Rockies, Kimberley Alpine Ski Resort provides beautiful views in a laid back and friendly atmosphere. With 80 runs to choose from Kimberley caters to all skill levels. Those that who prefer cross-country skiing, the Kimberley Cross Country Ski Club offers an array of groomed and lite trails minutes from the condo.
KIMBERLEY SKI RESORT NOW HAS AN ON SITE DAYCARE, AGES 18 MONTHS TO 6 YEARS OLD.
The Kimberley area has some of the best golfing courses in Canada. Trickle Creek is minutes from the condo, Bootleg and the Kimberley Golf Club are 10 minutes away and St Eugene Mission and Shadow are a 20 minute drive Mission Hills is just out of Cranbrook, which is an executive par 3 course, ideal for practising your short game or for the family. An hour north is Fairmount Hot Springs which boast the Mountainside and Riverside courses. Eagle Ranch and Copper point are another 20 minutes up the road from Fairmount. Grey Wolf at Panorama is an 2 hour drive.
OTHER OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
Fishing: There are dozens of mountain lakes and rivers that surround Kimberley that provide phenomenal cutthroat, rainbow, and bull trout fishing. These waters offer some of the feistiest fish in the area and with so many options to choose from it’s rare to come home empty handed.
Mountain Biking: Whether you are in the mood for a scenic cruise, a grueling climb, or some downhill adrenaline, you will find your trail in Kimberley. The Kimberley Nature Park is located on approximately 2000 acres, making it one of the largest municipal parks in Canada, and offers terrain for riders of all levels.
River Rafting: If you are looking for a scenic float trip for the whole family or a wild white water challenge, the rivers around Kimberley provide some of the best rafting in North America. Outstanding mountain scenery, an abundance of wildlife, opportunity floor cliff jumping and body surfing are all parts of the experience.
Hiking: With the Kimberley Nature Park within the city limited, and the Purcell and Rocky Mountains just minutes away, Kimberley allows for some of the best hiking in Canada. From easy strolls to roaring waterfalls to multi-day treks along the ridges of the Rockies, no hiker will be disappointed
Snowmobiling: Kimberley Snowmobile Adventures provide the ideal back country escape, with miles of trails through the powder filled bowls and meadows of the Purcell and Rocky Mountains. Prepare yourself for spectacular views on a fully guided half day or full day trour. All necessary gear and equipment is provided.
Snowshoeing: With an excellent variety of trails within the city limits, snowshoeing is a great away to enjoy the natural beauty of winter in the mountains. Try a self-guided tour through the Kimberley Nature Park or join one of the many tours provide by Kimberley Alpine Resort.
We live in Calgary, Alberta. In Calgary we can see the mountains off in a distance. We all like the mountains very much where better place to buy a vacation property but Kimberley.

As result of an injury our son became disabled, so he took up Para Alpine Ski Racing. Kimberley has a Para Alpine training center. We where spending so much time in Kimberley we decided to buy a condo. My son Kurt Oatway representing Canada in Sochi 2014
Kimberley and area offers a wide arrange of activities in the winter and summer for everyone.
We spent a week here and it was very nice. Pool, hot tub excellent. Very peaceful location.
Condo has everything we needed. Very spacious.
Very spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked and has nice appliances. Bedrooms were very comfortable and plenty of room for 2 couples and 2 dogs. Everything looks fairly new and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here for 3 nights with another couple and 3 kids ages 4-6. Perfect. Great pool, great space, great hot tub, great BBQ, great owner. Honest representation of the accommodation. We will stay here again.

Our stay was relaxing and beyond what we could imagine. Clean, comfortable, modern and a beautiful setting. The only concern was there are two buildings the same and we went to the wrong one first, with the elevator full of our belongings. Only to discover our mistake. oops! Anyway, thank you for the accommodations. Hope your feeling better now! Would be interested in staying there again in the Fall. We may be attending another convention in the area.
