Apartment with balcony and wi-fi in the heart of Nice!!

4 bedroom apartment for 8-10 persons in the heart of Nice, 1min from the tramway, 3min from the train station, 20 meters from Avenue Jean Médecin and all its shops and restaurants. View over the city. No lift, building from early 1900. Apartment renovated in January 2009.

Living room with double sofa-bed, TV and DVD-player. Open plan kitchen with refrigerator, oven, electric cook top, microwave oven and dishwasher. Dining area for 6 to 10 persons. Balcony with table and 3 chairs. Wi-Fi internet access.

2 shower rooms with spa shower (one with toilet), separate toilet and a laundry room with a combined washing machine/ tumble dryer.

4 bedrooms all equipped with a double bed, a closet and a desk.

No pets allowed.

NB! No air condition, no elevator, no parking, but possibility to rent nearby (train station) at 90€/week.

NB! Rate of 1000€/week applies for up to 5 persons. For 6 to 10 persons 1500€.Bed linen and towels included. Cleaning included! Damage deposit: 500€

Facts: The apartment is situated in the centre of Nice, close to the tramway, the train station and shops like H&M, Zara and Mango. The shopping malls Nicetoile and Galerie Lafayette are 5-10min walk away. There a 2 cinemas on the main street Jean Médecin ( turning left coming out of the building) and Pathé Masséna shows films in their original version with French subtitles. Restaurants are litterally downstairs. Old town Nice with bars, restaurants and shops is 15min walk away as are the pebble beaches of the Promenade des Anglais.

Nice is the 5th largest city in France and its airport the 3rd largest. It has appx 400 000 inhabitants and is situated between Cannes and Monaco / Italian border. The city centre is quite small and the most well-known areas are the historical site Vieux-Nice (Old town) and the seashore Promenade des Anglais.

Equipped kitchen: fridge w/freezer, micro-wave/ grill oven, double electric cook top, washing/drying machine. Dining corner. Mezzanine with double bed. Shower room with toilet and wash basin. No air conditioning . Suitable for a couple or friends. No pets allowed. One month's damage deposit. The apartment is in the heart of Old Town Nice near Place Rossetti with restaurants and shops just downstairs. 3min to nearest tramway/bus stop. 5min to the beach.
