Your beach retreat awaits you in our Gulf front condo on the eleventh floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that features a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and additional full bath. The living room is equipped with a king size sofa sleeper. The combination electric fireplace/entertainment center includes a 42' flat panel high definition smart TV in the living room and a home theater system with an iPod docking station. The bedrooms each have 32' flat screen TV's with DVD players. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and new cabinetry; filtered water is available from the refrigerator. The balcony, which is accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, has tall pub height patio chairs and table and also has a chaise lounge allowing an excellent view of the sandy white beaches. Eden's resort style amenities are unsurpassed by any other condominium project on the gulf coast. We chose it after an extensive search and love that it's such a short drive from the Atlanta area. Perdido Key has many parks and is much quieter and less commercial than most beach areas. Yet, it's only minutes away from great restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions.

What makes this condo unique

We love the beach and amenities. It feels almost like being on a cruiseship, but with much larger rooms. We are boaters and have also enjoy towing our pontoon boat down for use on a daily basis from Eden's private dock across the street Boats are also available for rent from local marinas. It's great to have both beach and intracoastal water access. We love watching the beautiful birds and often see dolphins from our balcony.

Perdido-Key is on a beautiful, gulf front, barrier island just west of Pensacola Beach and approximately 2 miles from the FL/AL line. Orange Beach & Gulf Shores, AL are to the west and Pensacola & Pensacola Beach to the east. The area has many parks and much natural beauty, yet is just 15-30 minutes away from many tourist attractions.

Just a few favorite things to do while at Perdido Key are:

1) Tour the Pensacola Naval Air Museum--Free every day!

2) Set sail on a dolphin cruise for an unforgettable family adventure.

3) Order a few pounds of crab claws or shrimp, fresh from the day's catch. With advance notice, Perdido Bay Seafood will steam them for you for free!

4) Shop the many local shops and boutiques or the outlets in nearby Foley.

5) Visit the many national or state parks or tour your choice of several historic forts, such as Fort Barrancas, which dates back to 1698.
