The villa is located on a ridge with 180 degree views from every window looking towards long beach, silver sands, famous for its surfing, a short distance to Oistins where on Friday night there is entertainment, singing, dancing for young and older, fish fry and grill on the beach side. Beaches are all close by.

pests: we are lucky at ridge view we do not get bothered be mosquitoes as there is a constant breeze not like other parts of the island where they can be really bad a spray on repelant bought here called off is recomended if you have a problem with them. christmas worms are common small and harmless they tend to come out more after heavy rain ,but we spray once a week that gets rid of them. tiny ants can come from now where please wipe surfaces regular when cooking and any food dropped on the food should be cleaned up.

Golf: Golf: Sunny weather all year round makes Barbados an ideal location for golfing and the perfect vacation spot for golfers. These glorious weather conditions are complimented by excellent golf courses and facilities. The Barbados golf club is less then 2km from the Villa, the 6,805 yard par 72 golf course has been approved and sanctioned by the PGA European Tour to host a PGA Seniors Tournament in 2003 and has hosted the Barbados Open in 2000 and 2001. They offer club rental, 9 and 18 hole hole day passes along with 3 and 7 day unlimited access.
